The NZ government has indicated we will be moving to level 3 restrictions at midday today in the Auckland region therefore the ITI Timspec Auckland branch will continue to operate as normal but with limited staff numbers. All goods are to be delivered which we can arrange for our normal fees. Deliveries will be contactless therefore the driver will simply ask for a name.
On site delivery for hand unloads will not take place unless the order volume is less than 1m3. The unload is to be completed by the customer or on site personnel not ITI Timspec staff due to social distancing restriction. Orders greater than 1m3 will be arranged on a hiab, standard fees apply. Customer collections will not be accommodated under level 3 restrictions. Our office doors will be closed to customers during level 3 and all communications will be done at distance or via phone.
